Harper was a talented dancer who was about to break through on Broadway. Due to an injury she had to give up her place in the spotlight, now she is a choreographer. When her daughter Mirabella, the star of her new big show, decides to stop dancing to get married, she is determined not to let the marriage go ahead. Mirabella must not give up her career for love, especially not for the Italian playboy Marco.
