Love You to the Stars and Back plot
Mika (Julia Barretto) feels out of place in her own home after the death of her mother and decides to go on a road trip with a very strange goal, "to look for aliens". During her journey, Mika bumps into a simple and good-natured boy, Caloy (Joshua Garcia), to whom she gives a ride until he reaches his destination. Caloy has cancer, but despite his condition, he has learned to accept his fate and has remained positive and cheerful. The two embark on a road trip full of adventures and setbacks. They unexpectedly teach each other an important lesson about love and life that takes others a lifetime to learn
