"There's a little Paul in all of us." Love conquers Paul tells the story of Paul, a twenty-something who lives as a hermit in his hometown in America. But what nobody knows is that Paul carries a secret with him. Paul observes people through which he lives indirectly in the world of other people. He hides behind the lens of his video camera, which forms his shield from the outside world, looking for the woman of his dreams, waiting for the chance to bite. Due to his lack of self-confidence, he comes to the point of actually taking the next step with these women. Phase 2 as he calls it himself. Until he comes into contact with Esoterica, a free-spirited artist, where the spark flies. She changes his way of living and loving and shows him how beautiful his life can be. But just as their relationship starts to get serious, Paul discovers that Esoterica also carries a secret.
