From the makers of Ocean's Eleven. Well, it can be seen. This movie is a remake of it. Same story and setup but with a lesser cast and different setting. Now set in West Virginia instead of Las Vegas. Not a casino but Nasdaq racetrack. And like Ocean's Eleven at the end of the film the statement how it was done. But that doesn't mean that film is of lesser quality. If you liked Ocean's Eleven, then you will certainly digest this one well. Just not George Clooney and Bratt Pitt. But Channin Tatum and Daniel Craig will also be there tomorrow, even if they don't reach the same actor level. More emotional level here by inserting a father-daughter relationship... So the film is a good one. Seen worse. Nice crime comedy.,.

Very nice film by Soderbergh that surprisingly comes out with a mix of Ocean's Eleven and the characters from the Fargo series. Nice that he has come back to his decision to retire, this film is a welcome addition to the already large amount of films he has made.

The cast is fantastic. Especially all praise for Channing Tatum, an actor who I used to be unable to air or see, but who is increasingly proving that he can indeed do more than just walk around with a bare-chested.

Also Daniel Craig is very funny and good as Joe Bang. But actually there is no one who really disappoints, unless it has to be Hillary Swank, she came out the least well.

Other than that, the film looks fine, although the story is related to countless coincidences, it didn't really bother me.

It looks good, locations are well chosen and the two hours are up in no time.

More than sufficient, thick 3.5 *.

Entertaining film with silly characters and even crazier dialogues. Typical red neck country so to speak, not very intelligent so to speak, and sometimes verging on shabby sadness. But purely for entertainment with the necessary comical things really for fun.

Craig is fine, but especially Tatum, who turns out to be more than a pretty face and can do more than show off his six pack. I personally find Adam Driver hilarious as the slightly imbecile brother with his prosthesis. And always nice to watch Waterston.

For the people who like Snatch, Lock, stock and two smoking barrels, mixed with the necessary red neck dialogue and attitude.
