Levsha plot

Tsar Alexander Pavlovich comes to London in 1812, after the Russian victory over Napoleon, together with his servant, the Cossack Attaman Platov. The British show all kinds of modern weapons that they invented to convince the Tsar to join them. But the Cossack doesn't like it at all and continues to claim that the Russians can do better.
