"A holiday rom com for those who love love. Maybe even a little too much?"

Lydia meets her stable and reliable boyfriend, Tim, and finally feels ready to settle down. But when Tim surprises her with a fairytale marriage proposal in New York, she falls back on her old habits, sets fire to the storybook, and returns to Los Angeles, away from Tim. Heartbroken, Lydia moves in with her parents and tries to pick herself up, but everywhere she goes, she makes bad choices. In an attempt to stop the downward spiral, her parents organize a New Year's Eve party where they invite all the eligible bachelors they know.
