Les Réformes Se Portent Bien plot

The ten French youths in room 13 of the military barracks torment their adjutant Nestor with the rudest jokes. A new captain is assigned to bring these unruly recruits into line. This Captain Pichet is a soldier of the old days and loves marches, inspections and exercises. Soon the youngsters are exhausted. He also designs his wife Christine to his strict regime. However, she is very sensitive to Adjutant Nestor's charms.
