"Les Patterson Saves the World. A True Story"

Australian UN envoy Les Patterson finds himself in an obscure Gulf state after a misstep, where he can shake hands with a rebellious general who has taken power. He also meets the brilliant virologist Dr. Herpes. The general wants to use his discovered killer virus to conquer the world. Of course Patterson can't let that pass him by.
