Les Municipaux, Ces Héros plot
Port Vendres is a beautiful port located in French Catalonia. Beautiful and so French: with a typical mayor and municipal officials who try to run the town in their own way. They pay a lot of attention to social performance. Two friends are civil servants who are confronted with a political-financial matter.
