Les Fourberies de Scapin plot

During his father's absence, Octave is married to Hyancinte, a poor girl of unknown origin. Octave fears his father's return, because he planned to let him marry his friend's daughter. Sylvestre, Octave's servant, and complicit in the whole affair, is also concerned. The arrival of Scapin brings peace to the young people: he promises to help them.
