Les Bleus de la Marine plot
As their unit marches through the streets of Toulon, two sailors, Lafraise and Plumard, are preparing to get lost. They disguise themselves to get back on board undetected. Unfortunately, along the way, they are mistaken for a government representative and his secretary, who were to come to town to inaugurate a monument.
