Leather plot

"It's Good To Have a Thick Skin..."

Birch lives with Walter, an elderly man, in a cottage in a remote area. They are both carpenters and their life consists of fishing, hunting and making leather objects. Walter has a son, Andrew, who is homosexual and estranged from him. Walter dies and Andrew returns home with his friend Kyle for the inheritance. Although Birch fascinates them, they don't take him seriously.
