Le Romancier Martin plot

Mr. Martin is a forty-year-old man who lives a quiet life and divides his time between his work and his wife. Then comes the time when, over dinner, he notices that his body is undergoing certain physical changes. Suddenly he is a woman. Mr. Martin is quite proud of his new female body and plays all his assets much to the dismay of his wife. She is having a hard time with her husband's new 'status'.
