Le Nain Rouge plot

"Life begins when you snap."

In his thirties Lucien Lhotte (Jean-Yves Thual) works as a clerk at an old-fashioned law firm. As a dwarf he is often a victim of bullying from his colleagues and gets the letters of abuse in divorce cases on his desk. He failed to find a wife. He finds comfort in his drab existence in the circus, where the girl Isis is a trapeze worker. During a visit to Baroness Paola Bendoni (Anita Ekberg), a client who has been divorced for the umpteenth time, he falls for her charms, discovers the pleasures of sex and at the same time the benefits of his own extravagance. But when the Baroness does choose her husband, things get out of hand.
