Le Chasseur de Chez Maxim's plot

Julien (Michel Galabru) works as a bellhop at restaurant "Chez Maxim's". However, he makes his wife believe that he is the director of a large firm. When Julien wants to retire, his employer, who doesn't want to lose him, uses it as blackmail. When Julien's overly curious nephew comes to visit and finds out about the situation, he unleashes, intentionally or not, a series of misconceptions and problems.
