"IT'S A MUST-SEE MUST-LOVE MUST-LAUGH HIT!"
When actress Pat Halliday gets out of trouble with the help of farmer Corey Lake, she invites him to visit her in the big city. Corey, who is actually a millionaire farmer, shows up, much to Pat's surprise. She sets Corey up with her brother George, who has business ideas that he wants Corey to invest in. But Corey's friends Pig Head and Mary think that Pat and her family are only after Corey's money, and that Pat is planning to marry him to get it. Pat's family, on the other hand, thinks that Corey's friends are unsophisticated farmers and want him to drop them. When a valuable necklace goes missing, Pat and Corey's courtship seems doomed to fail.
