La Vida Empieza Hoy plot

A group of older people take sex education classes and soon realize that their bodies are still full of life. They learn from each other and talk about their experiences together. Olga, the teacher, helps them deal with the problems caused by age. For example, Pepe, who has erectile dysfunction caused by the stress of retirement. Herminia thinks she's frigid, but learns it's about the wrong man. Julián loves women and especially Herminia. They also have to do 'homework', which is to learn to look in the mirror and spend twenty minutes a day having fun. Sex is life and Olga tells them that sex is about a feeling... and why should anyone stop feeling?
