Vital is 40 years old. He works as a studio manager in a textile factory. He is chosen as a 'guinea pig' by Alix, who is 25 and came to carry out an ergonomic study in her father's company with anonymity as a condition. The boss's daughter soon falls under the spell of this reserved worker who slowly makes contact and begins to dream of a different life...
