An honorable entrepreneur is mistaken for a spy by putting on the wrong coat and is suspected of being in possession of secret documents. The Secret Service is aware of the misunderstanding, but leaves it that way in order to arrest the gangsters, leaving the hero to rely on his own ingenuity and sporting abilities.
