Clarence is a beautiful adventurer, but she is ruined and has to accept substandard assignments in order to earn money. A gang of swindlers tries to ensnare an eternally infatuated colonel through Clarence and tells him that somewhere in Africa they have discovered an elephant cemetery, where a fortune in ivory can be found.
