L'Aria Serena dell'Ovest plot
In Milan, Veronica, a nurse who has many occasional lovers, one morning leaves her diary at the house of Cesare Noviti, the man she spent the night with without even telling him her name. The address book contains names, addresses and telephone numbers. The young man, who is doing market research for the company Cosmos and is about to be transferred to Switzerland, uses the diary to search in vain for the unknown woman. In this way he meets Irene, a translator who is not satisfied with her own work and with her long relationship with Mario, but the woman refuses to start a relationship with him . Meanwhile, the address book is passed from hand to hand.
