L'Abominable Homme des Douanes plot

Around 1962, Campo Santos works for the customs authorities of Marseille. He is tipped off by a Russian killer that an American mobster, Paolo Timetti, is planning to cross the border with a shipment of opium. He sets out to arrest the mobster and hinders the supply of the opium to such an extent that a mobster war breaks out.
