Khab-e Talkh plot

Esfandiar, an old body washer, is in charge of the cemetery in Sedeh. He is thoroughly hated by his 'employees': an opium-smoking gravedigger, a foolish boy who is forced to burn the clothes of the dead and a grieving widow who washes the bodies of the dead women. One day a TV crew arrives to shoot a documentary about the cemetery. This gives rise to reflection and repentance. Especially when Esfandiar dreams about his own death.
