Kein Bund fürs Leben plot

Basti is called up for military service. He comes up with all kinds of reasons for being rejected, and the solution comes out of the blue when he meets Schleifer during the judging. Schleifer has taken the urine of his diabetic girlfriend and sells half of it to Basti. When the medical examiner congratulates the two young men on their pregnancy, it means their worst nightmare: military service. In the barracks, the two conscientious objectors share a room with a motley crew, the taciturn Ufo, the industrious Zonk, the cockroach Justus, and Rambo-wannabe Nefzat. The six soon form a close-knit team that startles the barracks with all kinds of mischief. However, the six are selected to play a friendly match against their neighbours, the American barracks. The honor of the German barracks is at stake, and the friends are taken seriously by the stern and loudly roaring Major Hauptmann. Losing is not in his dictionary.
