Forty-year-old Lubos Cafourek is an eccentric plumber from Tuchlovice, near Prague. He is skilled, honest and never refuses work. He does have trouble asking enough money for his work and for his friends he works for nothing. What he earns he spends on stray cats or gambling and he does not own a car or mobile phone. His mother manages his finances and he goes to his clients by bus or bicycle. His love life doesn't go well either and all his dates are a fiasco.
