Ils Sont dans les Vignes... plot

In 1935, Commissioner Desbordes is in charge in the Burgundian village of Valromay. He is very unpopular and part of the anti-alcoholic league. His own brother, Pimpin, is a tireless champion of the vineyard. Pierre Moreau, on the other hand, is the representative of hygienic drinking, the "Koku-Kolu". The cafe owner's daughter, Rose, thinks that the man is very much in her taste and decides to seduce him.
