A factory director runs his father-in-law's company. The hard worker is no longer successful with the females and the daily management problems grow over his head. One of his workers is exactly the opposite and after an in-depth conversation with the psychiatrist, he starts imitating his lifestyle. Unfortunately it doesn't help and eventually he goes crazy.
