"The most dangerous man in the world. He's about to expose the CIA, the FBI, the KGB ... and himself."
CIA agent Miles Kendig is demoted to a desk job by his superiors. Angry, he leaves for Europe to visit an old friend (and fellow ex-cop). He gets the idea to open a revealing booklet about the CIA in his memoirs. Again and again he sends new chapters to different secret services around the world. This leads to all his former colleagues chasing after him.

Mediocre film about an ex secret agent who threatens to write a book full of sensitive secrets. The story of this film gets monotonous pretty quickly. The humor is on the dry side, and Walther Matthau is well cast in that regard here as well. A little more action wouldn't have hurt the movie. Just not 3.0 stars.

The CIA is portrayed very innocently here, but well it is a comedy but a rather lackluster one
