"Meet the new darlings of society!"
A professor makes a bet with another professor that he can turn every bumpkin on the street into a well-mannered person. The Stooges are garbage collectors this time and are promoted to be the subject of the experiment. However, it turns out to be a tough job to teach the boys manners.
