Gobaekui Yeoksa plot
"Straighten my hair, straight to your heart!"
The year is 1998. Nineteen-year-old Se-ri, who goes to school in Busan, has never been able to confess her feelings to anyone because of her extremely curly hair, which she can't change. She has a crush on Hyeon, the most popular boy in school. One day, the newest student, Yun-seok, arrives and watches with indifference as Se-ri tries to fulfill her unrequited love.

Long and slow, and as Stinissen already mentioned, a bit too much of a comedy. It doesn't help that the film is almost 120 minutes long—90 would have been plenty, as it's really trying to make the film drag on. And two days later, I've forgotten most of it. 2.0*.
