Seventeen-year-old Francis is still in love with Moondoggie. She convinces her parents that she can travel to Rome with four friends. It is only allowed if an adult goes with them, they choose the special aunt Albertina. Once in Rome they are accompanied by the beautiful tour guide Daniela. She drives the boys crazy with her looks and Gidget gets jealous.
