"TAKE HEED MEN!"
Attorney Ken Walrick doesn't quite understand the difference between a garter and a bracelet. He gives Gertie Darling a jeweled garter with his picture in miniature on it. But then he has to cover up his indiscretion by getting the garter back before his fiancée is in danger of finding out.
