Young Philip (Johannes Klaußner) moves with his parents to an upscale neighborhood after they have won a lottery. The aristocratic local residents, however, look at these "Lottos" with their necks. To make matters worse, Philip falls head over heels in love with the insufferable and beautiful girl next door Julia (Kaya Marie Möller).
