"A thinking man's stupid comedy."
A company that produces chemicals tries to boost its image by using the famous personality Rickie Coogan. Rickie travels to South America to see with his own eyes the effect of the chemicals on humans and animals. His journey takes him to a farm of mutated wasters. Rickie is chemically treated by a devilish fairground operator and locked up as a freak between the likes of Dog Boy, Bearded Lady and Sock Head.
