Elvira learns that her aunt Morgana has passed away and receives her aunt's house, a book and the poodle Gonk as an inheritance. Elvira decides to move to the quiet town of Fallwell to her inherited home. But the people there are not happy with a person like Elvira and want to get rid of her for good.
