Formosa plot

Albequerque, New Mexico, 1951. Sid Silver has a problem. His educational films no longer work. The youth goes on and on and Sid can't get through to them anymore. Clay Crawford also has a problem. He is on the run from the police and looking for someone in California to be his father. With the bounty hunter Lucky on his tail, Clay crosses paths with Sid who takes him under his wing. Sid's daughter soon develops a crush on Clay, much to the chagrin of her fiancé, who is also the lender for Sid's films.
