El Misterio de la Puerta del Sol plot
Pompeyo Pimpollo and Rodolfo Bambolino, two lino artists from El Heraldo de Madrid, want to become movie stars, so they take a test led by American filmmaker ES Carawa. When they are rejected, they decide to attract attention by planning a fake murder. However, this turns out to be so complicated that Rodolfo is sentenced to death.
