Eine Frau für Alfie plot

Alfie Wick and Elmar Ritter have been friends since childhood. Alfie is introverted, Elmar extroverted. They both work at a newspaper, Alfie in the archives and as a proofreader, while Elmar is a reporter. Elmar's reputation is good because he always delivers well-founded articles, but nobody knows that Alfie does the research and is often the ghostwriter. Also, Alfie often acts as an alibi for married Elmar when he is on the loose. Elmar promises Alfie mountains of gold, among other things that they will bring a literary magazine together and also to lend Alfie a hand in love. An attractive intern, Iris Sommer, arrives at Alfie's department, whom he secretly falls in love with. However, much to Alfie's chagrin, Elmar makes a date with Iris himself, as they both have to provide material for an article about a construction scandal. Meanwhile, Alfie gets into trouble by Uemmühan, a pretty Turkish girl who is living illegally in Switzerland. In addition, it turns out that the construction scandal is false and that Alfie writes many articles for Elmar. Alfie believes he's done with it now, but the reverse is true.
