A triptych about a dialect comedian who plays a number of fanatical football fans and comes into conflict with the supporters of the opposing team. In the second part he gets stranded on his way to an international match in Belgium. In the third part, at the hands of his friends, he is wrongly mistakenly assumed that he has won the football toto.
