Eadie Was a Lady plot
"It's breezy! It's teasy! It's easy on the eyes!"
Student Eadie Allen comes from a wealthy family. She works at night as dancer Edithea Alden in a nightclub. When leading lady Rose Allure gets less attention from the customers, Eadie is offered her job, but her double life could mean she could be discovered. Eadie therefore quits her job and the nightclub owner is forced to close. At her school, Eadie gets a part in an annual show. Eadie's former nightclub owner discovers who his star really was and he manages to get her back. But on the night of the nightclub's reopening, both are arrested.
