Cho Choon Sam is village chief of a small farming village, a title that actually means nothing. Meanwhile, his old classmate Dae Gyu is on a campaign to become mayor of the entire county. Since Cho Choon Sam used to be above Dae Gyu, it doesn't make sense to him that Dae Gyu is now trying to become bigger than him. Therefore, he will do everything he can to thwart Dae Gyu's plans.
