"The White House Has Gone To The Dogs!"

In this fourth volume of Dr. Dolittle, Maya Dolittle (Kyla Pratt) is eager to attend the University of San Francisco to train as a veterinarian. However, her father's fame constantly haunts her and causes everyone to have sky-high expectations of her. The admission interview turns out to be a disaster and she is placed on a waiting list, thanks only to her last name. The admissions committee gives her four weeks to prove that she is good enough for university. When the White House seeks her father, who is on a mission in Antarctica, she uses her talent to take her place. Like her father, she can talk to animals. Moreover, she sees this as an excellent opportunity to prove her worth to the university's admissions committee.
