"The fun never sets on the British Empire!"

George Lester is an American living in London who constantly gets into trouble. He plans to turn his wife's villa into a Chinese disco and Lester will have to work and earn money to repair the damage. But then he, along with his friend H. William Homer, ends up in an even murkier affair.
