Don't Ask Don't Tell plot

We are located in Sodom Flats, Texas. For years, gay people have been able to infiltrate the US military with impunity. Project Manhole, led by Dr. Doug Fartin, the homophobic mastermind of the Pentagon, will finally put an end to this. With the promise of a free Barbra Streisand concert, 30,000 gay people are lured to Sodom Flats, unsuspecting that Dr. Fartin wants to drop the atomic bomb "Enola Gay Basher" on their heads. But suddenly things go terribly wrong. The bomb misses its target and lands on the north side of Inbred, Texas. At the same time, Dr. Fartin's plane crashes spectacularly in the desert. When Colonel Butz, the commander of Fellatio Alger Air Force Base, breaks the sad news to Dr. Fartin's wife, Doug miraculously reappears. He doesn't have a scratch, can't remember anything that happened and has developed a passionate love for Greek principles.
