Raj Chopra (a bad movie producer) and his good friend, Anand Pawa, decide to shoot a movie. They don't just do this, however; they plan to make the film as cheaply as possible so that they can run off with the rest of the money themselves. Of course, they need good investors for this, so Raj and Anand go looking.
