Detective K: Secret of the Lost Island plot
Joseon, Korea, 1895. The economy of Jeonjo's kingdom is severely disrupted by unknowns circulating counterfeit silver bars. That message also reaches master sleuth Min Kim, who has been banished to a remote island with his buddy Seo-pill. One day, a young girl swims to the island to ask Kim to look for her younger sister, who has disappeared without a trace along with hundreds of other little girls. Kim soon suspects that there may be a connection between the missing children and the illegal silver bars.
