Des Mains en Or plot

Philippe, an aspiring academic, is a famous writer. With a wife who is a surgeon and a circle of eminent friends, his life would be perfect bliss if he wasn't suffering from a terrible backache that plagues him. When Philippe accidentally meets the incredible Martha with the healing hands, his back pain eases. He becomes dependent on Martha's hands, which soothe him more than any painkiller. A great friendship develops between these two characters, with the opportunity for them to finally seize the best that life has to offer.
