Der Spitzname plot

Anna and Thomas are planning their wedding in the picturesque Tyrolean Alps and have invited the whole family. But while he is sitting in the ski lift, Stephan, in his usual bad mood, is reflecting on the current developments in the lives of the Böttchers, Wittmanns, Bergers and Königs. Anna has surprisingly made a career as an actress, while Thomas is about to be promoted to managing director of a real estate company - but only if he passes the mandatory sensitivity training. Stephan's wife Elisabeth is still a teacher, but secretly supplements the household budget with Bitcoin trading. René, married to Dorothea and father of twins for three years, appears as an overprotective helicopter father. Stephan himself has recently had to give up his professorship after an incident at university. Added to this is the chaos that his teenage children Cajus and Antigone bring to the idyllic winter setting. The already tense family relations threaten to jeopardize the planned wedding and lead to a turbulent escalation.
