Der Frosch und das Wasser plot

There's no room for adventure in Stefan Busch's daily life in a supported housing project. But during a group outing, his life takes a fateful turn: without hesitation, the young man, whom everyone calls Buschi, joins a Japanese tour group. During this unusual road trip, a cautious friendship develops between Buschi and Hideo Kitamura. Buschi, who has refused to communicate with his fellow human beings through language his entire life, flourishes in this unfamiliar environment.
