Das Beste Kommt Noch! plot

The close friendship between Arthur and Felix is tested when one lends the other his health insurance card. Arthur discovers that Felix is terminally ill, but Felix doesn't know it yet. However, lacking the courage to tell the bad news and the bitter truth to his comrade, he soon becomes entangled in a web of lies and suddenly the tables are turned: Felix, who is terminally ill, believes that the healthy Arthur will actually die soon. He selflessly agrees to care for Arthur and give him a few more good days in what should be the last days of his life.
